Floor maps and store directory for your venue, on the Pro plan. Screens run on Pro, RM59 each a month. Building the directory yourself is included, with no setup fee. If you want us to draw your floor maps and load your store directory, our full mall setup is a one-time fee per venue: RM1,500 for 1 to 2 floors, RM3,000 for 3 to 8 floors, plus RM300 per floor above 8. Solo is a flat monthly price for a single screen. Starter and Pro are priced per screen, so you only pay for the screens you actually run. On Pro the price per screen drops as you grow: RM59 each for the first 20, RM49 for screens 21 to 50, RM39 from screen 51. No. One screen is free forever, not a trial. New accounts also get 14 days of Pro with no limits, except 100MB of storage and 3 AI credits; when that ends nothing is charged, the account simply returns to the Free plan and your screen keeps playing. Screen Hours and playlist schedules pause and are kept, so the screen stays on and plays its default playlist.
One AI credit makes one poster with AI Poster or Quick Templates. Fixing the words on a saved poster, text slides and your own uploads never use a credit. The Free plan has 3 AI credits to try, Solo gets 5 a month, Starter 10 a month and Pro 20 per screen a month.
You can build and preview a queue on Free, and it runs on your screens during the 14-day trial. After that a queue on a screen needs Solo for one counter, or Starter for several counters, boards and WhatsApp updates.
Yes, on annual plans. Within 30 days of paying for an annual plan you can get the full amount back from Settings, Billing. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime and stay active until the month ends.
Your screens keep playing. Until the payment goes through, the account runs as the Free plan and the Layar mark comes back. Paid features pause, Screen Hours and playlist schedules included, so the screen stays on and plays its default playlist. We let you know right away, and you can pay with a new card from Settings, Billing. Once you pay, your plan and settings return exactly as you left them.
Pay by card for monthly or annual plans. For annual plans we can also issue a manual invoice for bank transfer, which suits many Malaysian SMEs. The Free plan needs no card at all.
